After sitting unused for five years, this boat’s Power Trim & Tilt system stopped working due to severe corrosion on the trim motor. We repaired the trim motor, and the system is working again.

WORK IN PROGRESS: ENGINE SWAP & COMPLETE ELECTRICAL REFIT ⚓🔧⚡

Evinrude 60 HP ➡️ Yamaha 90 HP

This boat is currently undergoing a complete upgrade at our shop. We removed the Evinrude 60 HP and are replacing it with a Yamaha 90 HP for more power and improved performance on the water.

But this project goes far beyond the engine swap. Our team is also completely reinstalling the boat’s electrical system, lighting, and navigation lights to ensure everything is properly connected and operating as it should.

The work is still in progress — stay tuned for the final result!

Our marine services include:

✅ Outboard repowers and engine swaps
✅ Marine electrical system installation and repair
✅ Lighting and navigation light installation
✅ Outboard and inboard engine repairs
✅ Diagnostics and maintenance
✅ Mobile service and in-shop repairs

🚤 Another small Mercury outboard back in service!

The customer brought us an engine that would not start after a previous repair performed by another service provider.

During our inspection, we found several issues:

🔧 A worn water pump impeller kit — the cooling system was not providing proper water circulation.
🔧 The carburetor was incomplete, with missing components from the previous repair. After evaluating the condition, we determined that installing a new carburetor was a more reliable and cost-effective solution than rebuilding the old one.
🔧 Damaged ignition coil boots and cracked ignition coils, which affected the reliability of the ignition system.

What we did:
✔️ Replaced the water pump impeller kit.
✔️ Installed a new carburetor.
✔️ Replaced damaged ignition coils and coil boots.
✔️ Completed engine adjustments and full performance testing.

The result: The engine was successfully brought back to life and now runs smoothly in all operating conditions — from idle to under load. The cooling system is working properly, and the motor is ready for reliable operation.

We don’t just replace parts — we diagnose the real problem and restore your equipment back to dependable performance. 🚤
