Fish Monger Tues 7/14 Fluke Limits +++ (13 and 11 man) to 6lbs continue for both boats!!!!!!

Wheeeeewwww and just like that We're on a good roll 🔥🔥🔥 dialed in on quality fish in the deeper water and today was more of the same for two awesome crews! 84 keepers (orl) between the boats today!!! Seems to b holding up but wont last forever, every day ya fill the box up quality is a blessing especially this season!

On the Red Boat we have Dave Daly and crew, no mia today... morning was just a slow n steady pick of nicer size fish. Not much short life but we were slowly adding quality fish to the box. Did some looking after that and found loads of bites. Tons of short action n quality keepers mixed in. As the day went on the life got better n better. Lots of action... Picked away at some nice size stuff until the last drift of the day when the bix was full with an 11 man limit. Prob released around 200-300 shorts along the way as some places we had to run away from em. Always a fun crew loads of laughs fun while fishing.

On the Green boat Alex had the Tues crew. These guys were ready to go. Started out with a good amount of bites but it was heavy on the shorts... few keepers mixed in but not as many or as fast as Capt wanted. Left life most would stay n b happy with to find better. Took a some looking around but found what they were looking for n had the quality flying!!! Good shots for the rest of the day at some nice size stuff. Stuffed the box with a 13 man limit n released a few lucky ones for tomorrow. Finished with 49k (orl)

Two great crews who worked hard at it. Gotta fish hard but as u can see the reward is well worth it. Heres todays pics thanks everyone !

Fish Monger Mon 7/13 Fluke Limits for both boats ( 12 & 11 man) to 8lbs 🔥

N repeat! Great days fishing for two repeat crews. 70k day between the boats! Working hard for Quality fish in the deeper water, whole mess of nice size stuff including our biggest of the season at over 8lbs followed by another over 6! Bunch of days in row with limits filling the box!

On the Red boat we had Phil Muck and a always fishy crew. Went right to work out of the gate with quality flying. Good shot of fish but again it took power drifting w the strong current not many shorts here just a few so when u got one it was a good one. Managed our biggest over 8 and bunch of other nicer keepers. When that slowed up we went looking. Lots more bites today with the short life so we bounced around picking at quality through the shorts for the rest of the day. Again u gotta fish hard n put ur time in for ur shots. Picked away the rest of the day n filled the box with a 12 man limit b4 the wind got crankin.

On the Green boat Capt Alex Had Pogee and crew... Same deal, much nicer ocean n good shot of quality to start the day, when that died did some searching n looking... checked a bunch of spots w much better short life with lots more bites in most places compared to yesterday. Kept eberyone busy n Picked at keepers, had a nice shot to end the day to fill the rest of the box. Crew worked hard at it! Pogee and the famous roar!

Lots of little moves n drifts to piece it together not easy but doing our best to make it work. Lets hope it continues 🙏 todays pics ! Thanks everyone !!!

Fish Monger Sun 7/12 Fluke Limits for both boats (12 & 11 man)

Its continues, sunday funday for two great crews. 71 keepers between the boats today, def a Great way to end the week! Again cant stress it enough nothing coming easy, but grinding away n getting it done for a bunch in row.

On the Red boat we had Nick Di Ambrosio and crew. Started out with some rotten conditions, left over swell a screaming current and just enough wimd to b a pain with the two. Still had some quality fish coming power drifting right from the start, picked at some quality then found an area with with decent shorts n few keepers. After that it was tough, prob checked 15 spots that were barren and 2 hrs we didnt get a keeper. But the 16th was the one 🤣 Had em flying to end the day, loads of bites loads of shorts n enough keepers to fill the box with the rest of an 11 man limit.

On the Green boat Capt Alex had Simon n the sunday slayers... morning started out with the same tough conditons n very little life. Only picked a few keeps n had hardly any life... really had to really look around as many spots didnt give up much Eventually found an area where they were able to work with more life picking a few quality keepers at time. Stuck with it and they added up...by days end grinded out a 12 man limit box. Again nothing came easy but better than not coming at all! And woaaah check out the size of that jumbo bonito!

Two great crews, we.worked em hard... both crews fish their asses of for today catch. Hard earned reward! Thanks guys heres the pics !

Bunch of limits in a row now & 296 keepers onthe week ( with no fishing mon/tues )...quite the improvement over last week. Still not near where it should but hopefully it continues in the right direction!

Fish Monger Sat 7/11 Fluke Limits for Both Boats ( 14 & 11 man)

The good days keep getting better, strung a bunch of days in a row with quality fish filling the box... still working very hard but getting into our groove as the improvement continues!! Two great crews and 75 keepers between the boats!

On the Red boat we had we had Big Phil along with Family & Friends. Couple of the kiddies were hoping to get there first keeper fluke, checked that off the list pretty early by the end of it they got to b part of a limit catch. Chicken rigs n some direction is all they needed pulling fish all day long. Best of both worlds with tons of short life, lots of just miss fish were frustrating but quality keepers mixed in from start to finish! Nick Dev was on fire n was hh with a triple limit of 9k (orl) fish were growling to end the day in the east slop but again did some throttle work power drifting which filled the rest of the box with n 11 man limit! 3rd limit in a row is blessing with the bite this year.

On the Green boat Capt Alex and crew Had Mikey Jigs n the sat fluke savages and they went to work doing what they do best. Nice shot in the am, then picked away at em all day. Again it takes work alot of moves n searching to get em coming but the reward is well worth it. HH also had a triple limit (orl) and they also finished there day power drifting in the slop to box a bunch more and a full 14 man box.

Again nothing is coming easy right now , but aleast theres alot more coming if you work at it... takes fishing hard n making the most of the shots u get whether its at 730 or 1230. But considering high hooks are catching what a whole trip did a week ago is very promising!!! Two awesome crews heres todays pics! Thanks guys!!

Fish Monger Fri 7/10 Fluke Limits - Best of the season for both boats!

The improvement continues! Work hard play hard... Not coming easy but better not coming at all. Finally some quality to work on for a few days in row. Left the short land n working on some better fish. U gotta do alot of searching but like what we been finding! Hopefully it continues!

On the Red boat we Had Jeff Zingrand n a chop busting crew for the annual birthday 🎂 trip. Told em the deal, gotta work for em but the reward is worth it. First couple spots not much but after that find a nice area to work on. Alot more bites today with a good mix of fish. Best of both worlds for a bit anyway. Short life with quality keepers mixed in. Boxed up 18 pretty quick b4 it dried up. After that we picked,some spots short life others a keeper or two, limits all around...by the end of it we had a 12 man box of 36 keepers! 106 keepers on the last 3 trips! The numbers are starting to add up, its not wide open yet we will take it! Fun crew as always!

On the Green boat Capt Alex had Anthony n crew aboard. Same deal... first few spots were slow... made a move and landed on a good patch to work with. Had em flying pretty good. Nice keepers n some decent short life... picked away n by 12 had a box of 32 keepers! Much better day n some redemption after a tougher one yesterday. Hopefully the action with the better size fish continues. Great crew who worked hard it!

Def moving in the right direction but no sugar coating it. The pics n numbers sound great but u gotta fish hard n b ready n make the most of the shot ya get. ...Lets hope it continues!

Fish Monger Thurs 7/9 Fluke - 14 man limit & a Slow grind

Both boats back at it with mixed results... Both boats searching in all different areas trying n find what we are looking for as everyone has had enough of the "short life"... isnt enough stacked up in any one area yet so it takes alot of searching...focusing on some deepwater n its got a high bust potential as lots n lots of spots are barren, couple spots have a blast of great quality but u gotta fish hard all day n b ready for that shot and it still might not come.

On the Red boat we had Mike and crew aboard. Told em the deal, nothing coming easy but there been some quality starting to show up. "Ready to drop" the Plan was to hit as many spots as possible and work each one for what its worth. Morning was a slow grind. Occasional keeper with very little short life... picked nice quality fish but it was like pulling teeth... had 18 k in the box at 1130 and the wind picked up... was happy with that w the bite lately. Checked one more area and they were snapping 🔥 all 3lbs n up... had to power drift in some uncomfortable conditions but these guys made it work n had em flying with 3 - 5 on at time. In a blink we added another couple dozen keepers n filled the box with a 14 man limit of 42 keepers. Best day of the season so far which is encouraging

On the Green boat Capt Alex had Day n crew wemlnt to where he had his best life n quality the last couple trips... had a few keepers quick and was hoping to b able to bounce around n pick a quality fish here n there.... unfortunately they were hard to come by after that. Checked a ton of spots n only seen shorts an occasional keeper. Def needed alot more... only boxed 10... but it wasnt from lacl of trying n the crew worked hard it from start to finish.

Two great crews....Goes to show ya how u could b the bug or the windshield all in the same day. And thats the truth in reporting... not nearly the amount of keeper size fish around / biting as there normally is this time of the year. When u wipe out an area the next day they dont replenish. Search starts all over...Need to fish hard at it n have a little luck rn. One thing u can count on is we will keep at it. Good days n bad u get the real scoop...

Fish Monger 7/8 Fluke Both boats -

Andddd were back at it after a couple weather days... Conditions weren't the best with the swell, stong breeze early and a screaming current but made it work power drifting. It's alot of work but both boats layed on the throttles all day to put some quality fish on the boats!!!

On the Red boat we had Troy fox and a great crew aboard. Again nothing easy about it but picked at some good quality keepers from start to finish which added up to a nice box of 28 keepers and a bunch of limits+ (orl) around the boat. But again they didnt come easy and u gotta make your bites count. They worked hard for everyone that we got. Not alot of short life made it feel dull but after weeks of shorts picking at some bigger ones was fine w everyone... Some spots were dead , but some new areas with bites is encouraging!

On the Green Boat Capt Alex had Dave daly and mia crew 🤣...a smaller crew ready to go... had the same type of life. Had to really look around to find some quality keepers n it was pretty dull in between with the lack of shorts but the crew stuck with it boxing what they could... Couple limits and 14k for a smaller crew. See Dave next week for his chance at redemption!

Could def b better but Considering the conditions and bite lately we will def take it! Should onlyget better as it settles down n cleans up more. Also hopefully some better drifting conditions. Heres the pics. Thanks everyone

Fish Monger Sun 7/5 Fluke

Back at it... unfortunately couldn't repeat the great day both boats had sunday with a Tougher grind on the fluke grounds.

On the Red boat with had Rogo n crew Got to the area we had em flying yesterday and After seeing life in a bunch of new areas we were excited to get back at it... Unfortunately a screaming south current n Fish def didn't like it... the life was dull even short wise. U could tell the fish were there but they didnt eat right just swiping at the jig. 50% of what we caught was snagged that usually a bad sign. Looked all over n found the same. Couple shorts n an odd keeper. Couple guys managed a limit but enough enough keepers for the box.

On the Green Boat Capt Alex had Mike and a fun mixed crew aboard They fished in a different area where they also had good life yesterday, they also didnt see it. Less shorts n just on odd keeper, took a ride n looked around for better only found shorts and a keeper or two more. Also not enoygh for the box and much less action. Couple nice seabass n ling mixed in but slower day overall for both boats

Fun holiday weekend with some great peeps!!! Passed on today with the breeze... The east winds cranking good which sucks for going fishing but usually good for the bite once it settles fown...hopefully it shakes it up and moves some stuff as like it usual does. Combined with the warmer temps n water hopefully b game on more consistently 🙏 Both boats back at it as soon as it settles down.

Both boats will b Fishing everyday of the season! Fluke is only getting started in our area. Taking some patience this year but expecting and hoping for our couple months of great flattie fishing like usual once everything settles in.

Fish Monger Sat FluKe Limits - Happy.4th eveyone !!! Game on!!! Best fluking of year 🔥 both boats!!!

Keep at it and finally it broke wide open! Compared to the last week of dust today the fluke bite was as 🔥 as the temps for both boats in two different directions! 65 keepers between the boats and both back for the 4th festivities...fishing boat... we stay true to what we do and our charters were rewarded!

On the Red boat we had the Roman Rabinovich memorial trip. My boy is def looking down on us. Full crush from start to finish... bout time to see the fluke flying like they should b. Half day trip b4 the annual festivities had the full with a 10 man limit b4 lunch time. Home.early Lots of years in a row. Id like to think that my boy is smiling down on us!

On the Green boat...Capt Alex and crew went to work woth mikey jigs and crew
Savages...same deal had to grind hard for em but was th best we seen so far...eberyone worked hard at it finished with a full box of over 30k.... not easy but 1000 times better than it been! Limits all around.

Things are lookng up. Best day of the season by far for both boats ! We are fishing everyday of the season. Lets hope it continues in the right direction

Both boats are pretty booked for the for thr upcoming month but had some spots become available

Fish Monger Fri 7/3 Fluke -

Both boats searching for flatties with a couple great charters of fisherman. Boats fished in different locations looking for better with the keepers.

On the Red boat we had Suzzane and a the fri flukers, smaller charter. Looked in a new location and found a few quality fish to start the day. Kinda the opposite not much short life an occasional nice keeper. Was hoping to b able to grind out a full box but by mid morning the life faded away. Second half was pretty dull. Again 3 of the 6 managed limits but could have used more for the box. Which seems to b the pattern lately.

On the Green boat Capt ALex had Pat n crew. These guys fished hard all day working at it. Kinda had the opposite problem. Some places had a good amount of bites but it was loads of shorts. Just an odd keeper here or there throughout the small fish. Looked all over trying to find better but was the same everywhere and the life faded as the day wemt on.

Fighting hard for everything that goes in the box n its still not enough. Action is good but keeping is still not close to where it should b for July. Some east wimd coming this week should help. It always does. Heres the pics. Thanks everyone
