Fish Monger Tues 9/1 Fluke 13 man limit to 9lbs n another tougher grind - both boats!

And Just like that its September! Both boats back at it with mixed results again today. Two great crews, 57 keepers between the boats n Both have been covering some miles searching for whats goes in the box!

On The Red boat we had a great mixed crew of regulars aboard. Headed back to the area we put together a 14 man limit yesterday hoping for more but it was kinda dull. Short life n a few keeps but wasnt gonna b enough... time to take a ride. Steamed off n fished some later season stuff we havent tried yet. Stopped the boat n it was game on!!! Savage drop n reel life. Loads of action, 10 a time for dime...Way to many shorts but had keepers mixed in every stop for the rest of the day. After we seen to start it was heaven...Couple real good shots at some quality keeps let the crew fill the box with a 13 man of 39k including another lunker over 9lbs. Crew worked there ass off weeding through hundreds of shorts but the reward was there!

On The Green Boat Capt Alex n Crew had the Tues gang aboard. Also Headed back to where he had the best life yesterday hoping to get some more. Life was dull to start with only a few keepers, went off looking rather than sitting n unfortunately did find what they were looking for. Dont kmow if u dont look and this crew always fishes hard. Had to.back track n grinded out a few more keepers finishing with a box of 18. Not from lack trying as they covered alot of ground. Good times with a good crew just could have used a few more for the box!

Sitting out tomorrow with the wind... Will b movin em arpund even more. Thinning out in alot of places but def will b stacking in others. Bust potential growing Quality is there just takes some looking. Heres the pics thanks guys!!!

Fish Monger Mon 8/31 Fluke - 14 man Limit and a tougher grind to 8 1/2 lbs - Both Boats -

Mixed results today with 65 keepers between the Boats. Slower Grindy bite all around w Both boats n crews fishing very hard for what went in the box!

On The Red boat we Had Ff Joe Zagorski and crew. Good life n amount of bites to start with plenty.of shorts n a keeper here n there. That dried up and after that it was dull had to really look around for a few shots at some better fish. Found our best cracks at quality in some odd places but made it work and they added up... lots of places were duds in between but kept at it n found what we needed. Nice blast of life to end the day to made a crew limit into a 14 man boat box finishing with 44k(orl) Bunch of guys with double limits (orl) . Everyone fished hard for em which is always appreciated!

On The Green Boat Capt Alex and crew had our Long time regulars Gus n crew aboard. First area was dull, few shorts with nothing to keep... took a long steam to another area n found some life just not enough...Picked a few keepers but really never any amount in an area. Kept on looking but never had that good crack at em. Picked an odd nice keeper including a chunk over 8lbs through some shorts short. Needed more for the box but the crew fished hard for everyone they could get and had a good time doing it Finished with 19k.

Def can see things changing last week or so... nothing stays the same forever. Fish are moving n im sept it starts to b ehere everyday is different...Still plenty around but taking more searching to get cracks at the quality. Both boats will b looking daily everyday till it closes. Two great crews... pics... thanks everyone

Fish Monger Sun 8/30 Fluke Limits (13×2) for both boats to 7lbs -

Both boats stayed out of the sh*t show n got it done despite a tougher bite n lots of traffic w 80 keepers between the boats. Sounds easy but it takes alot of Work & Searching to put up keeper counts like this day after day especially this season.

On the Red boat we had Dave dibs n crew... by passed the reef, its been loaded with shorts n not enough to keep esp for a weekend crowd... first few wrecks we had good life but just a handful of keepers, moved inshore a handful more but def wasnt gonna b enough..back tracked as Capt Alex on the green boat had a couple good cracks but most real estate was taken n torched so we kept.it moving n went above everyone n fished what was open away from the crowd. Started picking a couple at a time worked that for what it was worth n then rode to some seabass cherries no one had... thankfully a few things still dont show up on navionics... south wind n gusty is the only time ya can go to them without giving em up to the pickers...great life for the rest of the day/trip w keepers flying. Used up every cherry n a few packs but it aure beats giving up... got it done with a full box 13 man of 39k bunch in the 3-7lbs class.

On The Green Boat Capt Alex n the sunday Slayers also had the same game plan. Stay out of the traffic as nothing inshore was loaded enough to deal with that mess. First couple spots were good short life but had to fish hard for the keepers... worked it over good as the bite was slow keeper wise in alot of areas. When that dried up headed east n fished where 3 boats just left.... Thankfully they didnt hit all of it... again a little chunk of bottom thats off the main stuff n not on a phone app but in the machine from lots of years of looking around. Had em flying n this crew put a beating on em... mega blast 🔥 filled the rest of the box in the blink. When that was over went back inshore n seen what everyone else dealt with for the day. Finished with a 13 + of 41k. Sending Lenny our condolences 💀

Same thing that helps ya can hurt ya. Dont forget to look around! Just about everything we caught today wasnt in a fleet n wasnt on n app. Save em for days like today... getting tougher by the day w too many shorts, a slower bite & lots of traffic but both crews got it done. Fish Monger Fri 8/28 Fluke Limits (12 & 9 man +++) to 7 lbs for both boats!

Back at it with two great crews! Another great day on the water... loads of action n plenty of quality w 81 keepers(orl) between the boats 🔥

On The Red boat we had Suzzane (one of our longest regulars) and a smaller charter of fri flukers. Slow start lots of short life not enough keepers... Seen the signs that last couple days tho... where we had 3-5 lbers was replaced with 10- 12 inchers n a death pick of the a occasional keepers. 2026... when u see the d***s its over... I rather not catch than sit for not enough left overs. Took a ride and when we stopped it was game over lights out Savage bite with quality flying... first two small spots were good for over 20k and the crews limit. Looked around and played c&r with a few more good cracks at em. Congrats to Ron who 3 fish limit weighed in 17 lbs, Nicky with triple limit (orl) to 6lbs , Always limit Al with a double limit + of 7 . Prob could have caught where we been fishing but turned it into a 🔥 day.

On the Green boat Capt Alex n crew Same deal. Hoping it bounced back but it was filthy with shorts n not enough keeps. Managed to grind 15 out of it but they didn't come fast enough n it wasnt gonna b enough for a bigger crew Roll the dice n took a ride, after some looking had a few spots where they had a good shot of quality and the crew went to work filling the box with a 12 man. Took some searching but git it done

Fish got tails... same batch on the move and doesn't stick around very long 2026 bite... Same pattern. few great daysin area n its ova... and ya gotta look. Pics thanks everyone!!!

Fish Monger Wed 8/24 Fluke Limits (13 & 10 man) to 7lbs for both boats!

Another beautiful day on the water for both crews!!! 73 keepers between the boats and tons of action! Loads of life out there silly amount of bites Quality n Quanity!

On The Red boat we had Dibs and the Wed crew. Started on a wreck n had a nice little shot of quality keepers but it was short lived. Went looking after that and found crazy life with drop n reel action silly amount of shorts but had nice shots of quality. After that bounced around some smaller stuff n there was less bites but the size was good with quality keepers quicker pace. Filled the box with a 13 man limit n then looked around the rest of the trip throwing back a few more for another day! Bunch of double limits (orl) n big fish was over 7lbs

On the Green Boat Capt Alex n crew Had Tito and crew abaord. Right out the gate they had silly short life at the first bunch of spots, few keepers but not the right amount or enough so they took a ride looking. Picked one here one there was looking for better and then landed on a piece that gave em great crack at some better sized ones which led to them Boxing up a 10 man limit. Congrats Ej who had a double limit + (orl) Crew worked hard for em!

Lots of bites, too many at times with tons shorts... def can b a pain sometimes. Finding good patches of keepers taking some searching again but the reward is well worth it! Two great crews heres the pics! Thanks guys!!!

Cant forget the great groups n fun trips we had out in the afternoon over the last week or so!!! Been making the most of the good weather while the fish are local. Some fun pm fishing for everyone! Limits on a couple, other had plenty of action n keepers for the box but more importantly a good time by All! These trips are always a blast! Highlight was Joe & little Teddy making some father some memories on tbe water! Whats its all about! Check out the pics!

Fish Monger Tues 8/25 Fluke Limits (12×2) for Both boats -

Another great Aug day of fishing With 77 (orl) keepers between boats! Two great crews enjoyed a beautiful day on the ocean. Full boxes of fish again too!

On the Red boat we Had Pete Sivo annual crew trip. Unfortunately we lost Pete unexpectedly and early but the crew kept it going in his honor just like he would want. He loved fluking so Id like to think we made him proud today and he is looking down smiling! On the fishing scene we had the same life as the last fews days, but not the same amount of quality keepers in each place... Plenty of bites but really had to look around to find our keepers for the box. Never a big shot anywhere just a few here n there through lots of short action. Bounced around taking what each place would give. Had to work harder than we been but a great day nonetheless. The crew fished hard n earned em their 12 man box today.

On The Green Boat Capt Alex had Troy Fox n an always fun crew that fishes hard . Same deal to start the day good life loads of shorts n some keepers but not the mega morning blast we been seeing. Hoped around picking at each place, tons of bites n shorts taking what keepers each place would give. Eventually a few places with some good cracks at em with better size... let em top the 12 man box off in timely fashion and throw back a few for tomorow. Congrats to Casper, he always fishes hard today he had a day hh with more than a triple limit of 10k.

Back out for another pm with anotger fun crew, catching some more and making the most of every good afternoon weather day we get. Ill put a post up with all the pm pics from the week once they finish this afternoon !

Fish Monger Monday 8/24 Early Fluke Limits (17 & 14 man+) Continue for both Boats / C&R -

Another 🔥🔥🔥 day with 120k between the boats...keepers flying from the first drift till last. On some tear lately...aug quality fish and the crews really been enjoying it every min of it!!!

On The Red boat We had Chris Arico and an allstar crew of flukers aboard. The men & ladies out a hurtin on em and let me tell ya they have a good time while doing it. First hr they were just about all quality keepers with a nice shot, no drift so just park on the right dot n they would b flying. Stop drop mop and repeat. After we got a drift we got into a silly amount of bites... Savage short life with keepers everyplace we went. Dylan had over 15 double headers himself...Could have went in early but this is like xmass to this crew. Weather was good bite was good so we stayed n let em keep catching. By the time it was over we had over 70 keepers , kept a 17 man and we threw a whole bunch back for tomorow! Was great Having Capt JB from the Queen Mary fame aboard. Grew up as bucket scrubbing kid looking up to him and his business, hoping to run a boat one day, (And here we are) so to take him out for a day great day fluking was def a highlight for me!

On The Green Boat Capt Alex had Scott and a good crew of regulars aboard. The bite didnt disappoint. Had em coming right from the start... first drift till last keepers , loads of shorts & tons of bites... Spot hoping getting the cream from each spot with some nice shots of quality along the way. Again everyone went to town n they added up quick. Eveyone didn very well & Congrats to Abu who i seen a pic of beauty! Early 14 man n threw a few back for tomorow with 49 keepers total!

Great fishing with great peeps! Red hot stuff...Wont last forever but everyday we hope for one more. Two awesome crews check out the pics!!

Fish Monger Sun 8/23 Early Fluke Limits (18 & 16 man) to 7lbs / C&R 🔥

Monsoon Mega Bite! Incredible day fishing With 122 keepers (more than a 40 man limit combined) between the boats🔥🔥🔥 Weather was our friend today as it kept the traffic down early. Bit b4 and right thru the rain, but when it cleared both boats and crews put a beating on em all morning long!!!

On the Red boat we had Ron n crew. Seen the storm on the radar but wasnt much lightning or wind with it so we sent it. Had a nice shot of keepers b4 the skies opened up... a nice shot during the down pours too... but when it cleared up these guys went really went to town n had a day with quality flying. No long drifts, Stop drop n mop, hit n run with everyspot giving up keepers they added up quick. Pounded away all day at it. Great bite n great quality... couple high hooks with triple limits (orl) filled the box with a big 16 man to 7lbs n released a few more for another day. 56k (orl) total b4 lunch time Doesn't get any better than that!

On The Green Boat Capt Alex n crew had Alan and a bigger group aboard. Same deal with the weather... had em flying right out the gate and never looked back. These guys demolished em!!! Full Crush job early with 30 keepers from just the first couple places. After that bounced around mopping up what each place would give up. Added up very quickly and the Big crew did a great job making the most of the growl! Pounded away at em n filled the box with an 18 man limit by 11 am. Through back a few more lucky ones for tomorow and called it n early day with 66 keepers (orl) total!

What a day, what a weekend actually!!! How long it will last no one knows but crews making the most of it while it does! Aug quality filling the boxes! Two boats inshore daily...Fluking everyday of the season! Here today pics!!! Thanks everyone!

Fish Monger 8/22 Saturday Slay Fluke Limits Both Boats (15+ & 13+) / C&R🔥

Man people in the industry were worried about a service ruining the bite? The biggest scavengers are ( u can guess) Figured with everyone great catches on their last trips everyone would b running back to where their boats caught the reports looked so great..Nope... to busy chasin.... but despite bone picking traffic both boats mopped em With the highest keeper count of the season between the boats at 111!

On The Red boat we had our great regular customer & friends Tim Lisk n crew. Day started out with less short life but a pick at keepers. Ok with us... put a nice little chuck in the box n by the time we were done w that there was pickers everywhere. Green boat had a good bite going but with lack of real estate we took a ride... no boats n a great bite. Drop n reel action with short life n keepers mixed in at every place we went. Stop drop n mop what each place gave and had a crew limit of 36 early. Could have n should have went home but the worked back inshore n the crowd cleared so we hit a few cherries where they were flying to end the day. Kept a 15 man boat n released a bunch for icing. Hh with a triple + of 11k Nice quality with fish a bunch of fish from 3-7lbs

On the Green boat Capt Alex had Mikey n the Sat savages. Start to finish a slay day.... went back in the dark ( what it takes nowadays) to where they left em chompin... and they were right there waiting. Got a couple of super blasts at em to start. After that they went spot hoping n moppin picking 2-5 a place... full crush at quality... despite the current the crew cleaned house... leave nothing behind. Early box n a total of 57 k n home early for the 🏆
