I don’t usually do this, but something’s really been bugging me today. I just need to get it off my chest. Young Grand Teton Harley Davidson, in Idaho Falls refused to marry an ABS system to a bike for me today because I was another Shop. Harley has locked everyone out of this system so they are the only ones that can marry a system to the bike otherwise you get an invalid vin abs check engine light . I spend thousands of dollars in their parts department every month. for them to pull a bu****it stunt like this. so young Grand Teton Harley Davidson you need to get your customer service in check. now I won’t be spending my money in your parts department anymore.

I want to put a shout out to snake River Harley Davidson in Twin Falls. Thank you so much for getting me on your schedule. I will be buying all of my parts through you guys from now on. It’s a little longer drive to get my parts but it’s worth it after what happened today.
