🚗 Chevy Trax — Getting Our Customer Back on the Road
This Chevy Trax belongs to our customer’s wife, and the vehicle suddenly shut off on them while they were driving. After that experience, they understandably weren’t comfortable continuing to drive it.
We diagnosed the problem and found the culprit: a broken pigtail connector going to the ignition coil. That bad connection was causing the vehicle to shut off.
🔧 Here’s the plan:
✅ Replace the damaged ignition coil pigtail connector
✅ Perform a complete tune-up
✅ Get the Trax running properly and safely again
✅ The customer will take it for now, and we plan to purchase the vehicle from him afterward
Electrical issues like a damaged connector can cause major drivability problems — and sometimes the problem is much smaller than it first appears.
If your vehicle is stalling, misfiring, running rough, or shutting off unexpectedly, bring it to us and let us diagnose the actual cause before you start replacing parts.
