WORDS OF AFFIRMATIONS!!! Think about the daily stuff that comes out of your mouth that may be toxic to your life. I can't. It won't happen. This sucks. I hate my job. The list goes on. What you tell yourself and what comes out of your mouth your brain processes. Pick out at least three positive affirmations daily to uplift your mood. Practice this over and over again. Little things might change in your life...who know's ;)

Little fun fact about Coconut Oil (I consume about two tablespoons a day).
