STREET STOCKS AND ONLY STREET STOCKS PLEASE!

While we continue to look for a date that would not affect other tracks and work with the street stock drivers that already made their schedules for the year, we have come up with two dates. The most promising date would be July 25th.

We do understand that a lot of drivers have their schedules set for the rest of the year. We hope t you understand we cannot runa race of this magnitude unless we get a great turnout of street stocks, (we had 14 teams already for the first date ) .

Example: We cannot run this race if only 8 teams can make it (that would end up being 8 cars per feature).

So what we are asking is if you as a street stock driver and a team can make this date work please comment below .

REMEMBER , if you are coming as an individual and not a team ,you can team up at the track or you will be paired up with somebody before qualifying (you and your teammate will decide how you split the money.) Individual drivers can mention below if they’re coming. 

NOTE:We are looking for actual Street Stock Race racers for their input. WE ARE NOT NEEDING SUGGESTIONS OF OTHER DATES, THANK YOU.

Plymouth Motor Speedway wishes to offer our sympathy to the friends and family of Rex Wert. Rex was an OG of the racing world, a man who did just about everything in our sport and was always there to lend a helping hand. Rest in peace Rex and thank you for all the memories.

DOUBLE PLAY STREET STOCKS PAYOUT AND RULES.

Qualifying will go as follows: Top qualifier will be in race 1 his partner will be in race 2 no matter where the 2 driver qualified. In the case 1& 2 top qualifiers are partners it’ll go to the third place qualifier going into race two and his partner going into race one, we will continue that until we have a field of 16 cars ..

EXAMPLE:: To reach the 16 car fields this is how it works. After eliminating partners of top qualifiers we work down the field. There could be a possibility of someone qualifying (example 16 and there partner qualifying 49 and still make it).

After the top 16 qualifiers after elimination ( 32 drivers total( have been filled, the remaining cars will be in a B feature for a separate payout.


We will be working on a pit pad diagram so teams can be together. If you’ve already bought a pad, you will get a pad for sure, but it might not be the same as a regular night racing.

Mention in the comments your team and we will begin working on the layout. Race is not far away , June 6. We will have team practice on June 5th.

If you’re looking for a teammate comment “ Need teammate” in comments. This might help people that are in need for a team.

PLEASE NOTE. If a driver does not have a partner, he still can show up and race. We suggest when you get there find a partner and have a agreement with them that whatever you win in your race is yours and whatever they win in their race is theirs and if you happen to get a bonus, you guys could do what you want to do with that. All teams must declare their teammate before they qualify no exceptions.

If a driver breaks before his or her race, you cannot trade Partners at that point you won’t be eligible for the bonus, but you could still take the money from your single race.
