Busy full service auto repair shop looking experienced help this is not an apprentice opening. Must have at least 5 years experience and valid drivers license. Certifications not a must but do help. Positive work environment so we need postive attitudes. Summer is coming and did I mention we also have air conditioning in the shop just a small benefit for the well being of the employees to add to the others such as health care, aflac, w2 taxes NO 1099s, paid holidays , vacations days, paid training and Best yet NO WEEKENDS EVER !!!! We use a commission style pay plan that rewards you for your experience and knowledge of today's complex automobile and yes we also do guarantee minimums so no drastic swings in pay checks, shop is never slow but in today's world you never know what could happen its a nice safety net...... I worked as a technician for years and have tried to create an environment that I personally would work for as technician. Go ask the the dealership owner or the service manager if he would work as a technician in the shop??? We both know how that would go !! Hahaha
What kind a work do we do??? You may ask .... we do a fair bit of tires, preventive maintenance flushes, front end work , alignments , tons of A/C work, no rebuilds on engine or transmission but do install new one's with warranty, plus all the normal car parts starters, alternators, leaking gaskets etc...... we also do dealer level programing/flashing and have multiple scan tools all up to date ready to make you money.
Your tool box has wheels for a reason pop the locks on that bad boy and let's get moving!!!
