Revolution Performance Powered by Millennium For over 20 years, Revolution Performance has been at the forefront of American V-Twin performance innovations.

Specializing in big bore kits, CNC head work, crankshaft balancing, and custom performance parts for Harley-Davidson, Indian, and Victory. Revolution Performance is a branch from the tree of the Millennium Technologies family of aftermarket engine performance companies. Founded in 2002, Revolution was put in place to be a more convenient and direct instrument for owners of Harley Davidson motorcycles to discover different options for boosting the performance of their V-Twin engines.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our founder, James "Jim" Hackl.

James Hackl was a courageous and hardworking person who at 55 years of age founded Millennium Technologies with his 27-year-old son. It was a continuation of the family first lessons taught to him by Frank Hackl, his father.

That hard work set the foundation of what Millennium Technologies is today. His ingenuity and work ethic are core principles that keep us at the forefront of our industry.

It is now our responsibility to build on what he gave us and honor his legacy. Many family members have been a part of Millennium Technologies, but James’s greatest lesson was to treat everyone like family.

It wasn’t always perfect at times, but Family never is. The one thing you could count on is if you needed help, he would be there for you.

To that end we will forever be in his debit.
