This beautiful 1961 Cadillac came to us after an unfortunate deer collision. While it started as an insurance repair, we saw the opportunity to take it a step further.

From the back of a tow truck to a 1.5-hour drive home.

That’s the transformation of this 1972 Ford F-250 Highboy, and we’re proud to have been part of its journey.

Over the course of this project, we completed a long list of upgrades and repairs, including:

* Complete American Autowire wiring harness installation
* Dakota Digital gauge installation and calibration
* Upgraded from the factory points ignition to a modern electronic ignition system
* New LED headlights and new exterior lighting throughout
* New chrome emblems and badges
* New window regulators
* Front and rear differential service with fresh gear oil
* Brake system repairs and adjustments
* Ignition timing and carburetor tuning
* Extensive electrical diagnostics, testing, and road testing

The end result? A truck that arrived unable to drive and left the shop under its own power, with Mr. Barry making the 1.5-hour trip home with confidence.
