Then on the 6th of July The Slab is gonna be Rockin like Never Before!!! With an EPIC Concert followed by Fantastic Fireworks putting on the BEST Fireworks show in the Area!!
We know who the Special Guest and the Headliner are... we just can't announce it yet...

💥TANKING!!💥

What is it?? 🤷‍♀️
One of the fastest growing, and most relaxing, water activities that is fun for the WHOLE family!!

Where is it?? 👀
The Slab by the Barren Off Road and Outdoor Park located at 10820 Bugtussle Rd Fountain Run KY!!

How do you do it?? 🤔
At least 4 people, and up to 8 people climb into a stock tank with their chairs and coolers. We provide the tank, life jackets for everyone ages 7 and up, 1 push pole and 1 paddle. Your group floats down the river 1.75 miles, stopping to swim and enjoying the scenery at a leisurely pace, and at the end we shuttle you back up to your vehicle.

Who can Tank??🧐
Almost anyone!! If your between the ages 3 and 103 then you meet the requirements!! The tanks are practically untippable so they are safe for the young and young at heart!! The water keeps the tanks cool so the sides don't heat up in the sun.

Are there rules??🤨
Yes!!
1. No GLASS Bottles
2. EVERYONE ages 17 and Under MUST wear a life jacket at ALL Times while they are in or on the water.
3. Children ages 3 - 6 MUST provide their OWN life jacket.
4. Take ALL of your Trash out with You.
5. Drink Responsibly.

What does it Cost??🤑
Children ages 3 - 6 with their own life jacket are FREE.
Children ages 7 - 10 are $10 a person
Adults and children ages 11 and up are $20 a person
Dogs are welcome to tank and will be $10

When can we go??⏰
Tanks are available on Saturday and Sundays on a first come first serve basis unless they have already been reserved. Reservations for Weekend floats must be made by 9 pm Thursday night so we can post their availability for the weekend on Friday morning.

Tank floats launch at 10 am. and 2:30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

For Monday through Friday you can reserve your tank for any time from 10-4 by calling the office at 812-653-0102. There will be a 50% deposit required to reserve your tank.
We can accept credit cards and venmo over the phone or you can stop by the office for a cash deposit.

Cancelations made 48 hours in advance will be refunded, however cancelations made LESS than 48 hours in advance will NOT be eligible for a refund.

I hope this answers everyone's questions and we hope to see yall this weekend!! According to the weather this looks like the BEST weekend of the Year so far to be on the WATER!!!

We are working out the details on these this year and have decided we will allow groups of 4-8 people to Tank!!

Incredibly and amazingly thankful to EVERYONE who helped, attended, participated, donated, watched and supported this great cause!!!!! Small businesses, large businesses, vendors, John Mark Hix for use of his beautiful farm, RBS Fire and Rescue for asking us to participate and everyone who came, we had an amazing weekend. Old friends, new ones, just the Jeep community in general, we are overwhelmed by everyone's support ❤️ THANK YOU!!!!!!!
