We built this a couple years ago for an on site job that required of fabrication in the middle of nowhere!
Pic 1- The Container is a standard 20 Footer. I purchased it as a like-new one trip container. This means its only made one deliver to the united states from China, then resold by a broker in the East Bay where I purchased it. That's why they call it a "One Tripper".
Pic 2 & 3- Eight foot deck and ladder that flips up for towing
The Trailer is a
Big Tex 14OA HEAVY DUTY OVER-THE-AXLE BUMPER PULL TRAILER Carrying capacity 10,350 Pounds
Pic 5- Doringer Cold Saw 14" Blade set up for Pipe and Tubing. The wall racks will hold tubing and pipe no longer than 19 1/2' long.
Pic 6- Generator is a Miller Bobcat 250 EFI is used to power a 10 horse power phase converter, followed by a 60 AMP panel that distributes the power to all 3 Phase machinery and 110 volt 20 amp outlets.
Pic 7- Phase Converter 10 HP and is the bare minimum for the equipment that you see in the photos. Upgrade to a 20 hp unit is recommended.
Pic 8- shows a dual fans with a 20" sander confined to a room dedicated to grinding equipment
Pic 9 & 10- There's one ceiling fan that vents any unwanted airborne debris out side the container. (110V) Next to it is a Dayton 3-phase heater that is regulated by a wall mounted thermostat and doesn't work properly.
Does nit include vertical band saw and press brake machine!
