Here is a look at some of the jobs we have completed in the last week.

Description of jobs pictured:
-Cummins N14 head gasket replacement
-Emergency road side brake chamber replacement
-Excavator derated due to brittle/bad wiring to the inlet boost temperature sensor
-Worn wheel hub replacement
-Broken exhaust manifold bolts/blow exhaust manifold gaskets on Paccar MX-13 and Paccar MX-11 engines
-Chaffing wiring harnesses causing intermittent shutdown of engine (identified failure and repaired harness, saving customer $2,500).
-Re-sealed leaking drive axle differential

With Thanksgiving coming up, we just wanted to say how thankful we are for the loyal customers that keep us busy! We’ve been working hard 6 days a week for the past month to try and stay caught up and here are some of the repairs we have completed:
-Built an obsolete wiring harness for a customers Western Star unit with over 1,000,000 miles.
-Replacement of EPA 17 Paccar MX-13 camshaft, failed just outside of engine warranty for the customer.
-Allison Transmission wiring faults, diagnosed and repaired.
-Cummins EGR Cooler failure
-Detroit EGR cooler replacement and EGR system cleaning
-Detroit engine harness replacement (due to intermittent circuit failures, misdiagnosed by the previous shop)
-Steering shaft isolator bushing replacement
-PM services and overhead adjustments

Photo dump of repairs completed on various makes and models over the past week. VGT actuators, exhaust manifolds, injectors (that another shop messed up), overhead adjustments, unit pumps, wiring diag and repairs, cab air bags, coolant leaks, weak batteries/corroded battery connections, rough ride complaint diag and repair, and low power complaint diag. Our truck diagnostic experience is extremely vast. Every week we save people thousands of dollars on repairs. What can we do for you?
Repairs completed last week! Injector replacement, adaptive cruise repairs (other shops refused to fix without replacing the adaptive cruise radar and chassis harness, customer was quoted $18,000 to repair), and after-treatment doser leaking and plugged decomp tube.
