Delivered this FlexTop Trailer yesterday to our customer Michael Moffatt - he lives in California so we met in San Antonio

Really nice trailer with Hydraulic Rear Ramp, Macs Custom Tie Downs plus other one off features

has a custom Corvette he will haul in it.....

FlexTop is no longer in business - while we built a really cool trailer we could not build them such that we could be competitive in our Market area

Still have one Trailer close to completion which I will deal on - pics below - 21 ft Sliding Tarp System - 5k Torsion Axles - Hydraulic rear ramp - really nice trailer just needs a few things to complete.

Also have a 3rd frame completed/epoxy primed/painted/axles/tires etc & ready for assembly

Also have 2 complete sliding systems (21 ft long) willing to sell

Testing our ATV/Motorcycle Scissor Lift prior to installation on Trailer.

Now ATV's & Motorcycle users will have a means to work/repair their unit away from home with our smooth "Air Operated Lift Table" mounted on the Trailer Deck.

ATV Riding Parks take different Wheels/Axles - change them easily or make other repairs normally done at home or shop.

Motorcyclists that trailer their Bikes to events can now have the backup of changing a Tire or making other repairs.

This new Trailer not only offers Loading Accessibility like no other Trailer on the Market it now will be your own Rolling Repair Shop with On-board Air Compressor & Lift Table.

FlexTop invests in Equipment to build all parts In-House

10 ft Hydraulic Brake - each Trailer requires 128 bends on various parts for assembly - this new Brake will reduce build time & lower costs

5X10 CNC Plasma Table - this machine solves many of our issues especially for cutting the 16 brackets & other parts on our trailers

The blast cabinet allows us to go from the Plasma Table to finished part in a much shorter time frame

Note: Our new ATV Trailer will be complete soon - the first Trailer that has a Hydraulic Lift mounted on the Trailer Deck for making repairs at the riding park or deer camp - built in Tool Boxes & much more - stay tuned for Pics

FlexTop will also be providing CNC Cutting/Bending services for other shops

Heading tomorrow to Big "D" for the Great American Truck Show (GATS)

The Sliding Tarp Systems on our Trailers are the same as used on the 18 Wheelers. If they are strong enough for the Big Rigs they are strong enough for FlexTop's line of Trailers.

Looking forward to checking out what's changed since we were in Louisville Ky last year for the Mid America Truck Show (MATS)
