Arbitration claims don't wait for someone to be in the area.

A unit sold in Phoenix and delivered to Cleveland still needs a qualified inspector, and the same standard of report either way.

One Guard Inspections covers the country with experienced inspectors and consistent digital reporting, so a coverage gap never becomes a claim delay.

Most arbitration claims aren't about a scratch.

They're about an engine, a transmission, structural damage, and other things that need someone who has actually diagnosed them before.

Every One Guard Inspections report is completed by an experienced inspector who knows the difference between what a claim states and what can be objectively documented.

In arbitration, a report is only as valuable as it is trusted by everyone at the table.

That's what a neutral, third-party inspection delivers. One Guard Inspections has no financial interest in the result, so both parties receive the same professional findings, documented the same way.

The result is a shared set of facts everyone can rely on, so the conversation moves forward with confidence.
Objectivity is the whole point.

A finding is only as strong as the process behind it.

One Guard Inspections works from established, repeatable frameworks, every vehicle evaluated against the same criteria, in the same sequence, with the same documentation standards and high-resolution photography.

The result: findings that trace back to evidence and hold up when a decision is challenged.

In arbitration, defensibility isn't luck. It's methodology.

Every arbitration starts the same way: a buyer and a seller, each certain they're right.

Without independent evidence, that standoff is just a battle of opinions — and the vehicle, the claim, and the relationship all wait while it plays out.

A qualified third-party inspection changes the conversation. It replaces "he said, she said" with documented fact, giving both sides a decision they can stand behind.

That's the role One Guard Inspections plays in the room: the neutral party whose only job is to get it right.

Meet the Team: Jason Laird
Manager, Inspector Network Department

Jason's automotive career started at 17, straight out of high school, as a service porter at Sterling McCall Ford while studying at the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business. He worked his way up at Don McGill Toyota of Katy, from the express l**e team to certified Toyota technician, spending nearly a decade on everything from routine service to full engine swaps.

That hands-on foundation is exactly what he brings to One Guard. Jason joined in April 2021 in our QA Review department, where he built out the in-office team from the ground up, setting the structure, standards, and metrics tracking that protect the quality of every report we deliver. That work earned him a promotion to Manager of QA Review.

Today, Jason leads our Inspector Network Department, where he rebuilt structure, accountability, and data-driven tracking from scratch. He now oversees the recruiting, hiring, training, and management of roughly 400 independently contracted inspectors nationwide, the people behind the reports our partners rely on.

Outside of work, Jason invests in real estate, plays guitar, and still loves getting his hands dirty on cars, trucks, and motorcycles. He's also a devoted animal lover and cat dad of two.

Two inspectors. Same vehicle. Two different reports.

In claims adjudication, that gap gets expensive fast. Disputed coverage, longer cycle times, and decisions made on data your team doesn't fully trust.

Consistency isn't a nice-to-have in vehicle inspections. It's the product. One Guard reports are built to the same technically precise standard, backed by high-resolution photos and video, so your team sees the same quality on every file.

That's what a report you can act on looks like: fewer follow-ups, shorter cycle times, and confidence that the coverage decision holds.

A better inspection experience starts with a smarter assignment process.

One Guard Inspections uses automated round robin dispatching to connect inspection requests with available inspectors in the area.

By removing manual assignment gaps and keeping requests moving through a more consistent workflow, our platform helps create a smoother experience from request to completion.

It’s another way we’re making inspections easier to manage, easier to track, and easier to rely on.
