I've been using my Dunks ap for years, after so much inconsistent & horrid service...I am done. I work hard, own two businesses. I deserve better & should support fellow local small businesses. So, I have roughly 12,000 point on my Dunks ap...I am going to offer these points to my staff & also customers which are waiting or wish to stop across the street & grab a coffee etc on me!

Still working on Ford Powerstroke 6.7 reliability upgrade packages, so far the obvious Caterpillar oil filter upgrade, FASS Fuel Systems lower fuel filter upgrade & HS Motorsport upper fuel filter upgrade...all will be available for 10% bundle when doing a DCR h.pres fuel pump conversion. There will be multiple levels of improvement, and discounts include: piping kits, radiator hose upgrades, CAC upgrades, 2.5+ quart billet lower engine oil pan upgrades (the more oil the better)...and of course, our Kill Devil Desiel Jesel bulletproof valvetrain upgrade. Upon special request, we also perform a complete engine rebuild with billet main caps, girdle, ARP studs, oil pump & regulator, multiple cam options & Titan Turbo options. Reliability to Crazy.

I am going to begin creating reliable performance upgrade packages for trucks, and offer discounts when bundling. For example, a 2017+ 6.7 customer who wants to invest / upgrade to a DCR conversion, and bundles our recommended FASS Fuel Systems drop in lower fuel filter kit & HS Motorsport upper fuel filter relocation kit will save 10% off their bill. In a perfect scenario with no other complications etc, that's a savings of over $700. It's unfortunate that these trucks require upgrades due to cheap & poor manufacturing...but we don't make them, we make them better.

3+ hours of run time, 20+ miles driven, zero issues. Far less engine noise (typewriter tick), zero lag, extremely smooth response (I've been treating her like a baby). Very impressed with Kill Devil Diesel & Jesel for their valvetrain upgrades, FASS Fuel Systems for the super nice drop in fuel filter kit, HS Motorsport for their upper fuel filter relocation kit, the MDDP Caterpillar oil filter conversion, and of course the S&S DCR hpop conversion. Super proud of us on this project, and it preps me for what is about to come...

We are buried and backed up with work that turned into more than anticipated, I am now out in the shop most of the day but still not 100% (because I keep prolonging my recovery to help get customers vehicles back to them). I don't think we have ever been this busy / backed up, please give us your patience as we are doing the best we can! Thank you. Our schedule is officially closed until earliest of next month.

Snuck in early to final check and torque the Jesel rockers, after setting valve lash the engine was turned over multiple times and the procedure then performed again to ensure any variations were addressed. Then around 6:30, the process was performed a third time and every rocker to valve stem clearance confirmed at zero lash before the pushrod adjusters were torqued. While this may be overkill, it's our first & it's complex...however, I will insist on this method every time. Time for final assembly!
