Making some changes in our parts room.

Yes, we want it to look better, but that’s really not the point. It needs to function better.

As we grow, we’re constantly looking at the way we do things and figuring out where we can make improvements. How can our departments work better together? How can we make things easier for our team so ultimately we can do a better job for our customers?

Sometimes improving the customer experience starts with things they’ll never even see.

Just another area of CMCC we’re working to make better.

Back in the booth with fresh paint for this Ford.

Some vehicles are worth preserving.

This F-150 came to us already in beautiful condition. The goal wasn’t to change what made it special, but to take it a step further.

A full paint restoration means getting into the details first, including addressing the small areas of rust and properly preparing everything before fresh paint ever goes down.

A little look at where we started. More to come.

Water can travel a lot farther than what you see on the surface.

This coach has water damage throughout the slide floors, which means getting into the repair starts with carefully opening things up and understanding the full extent of what’s underneath.

We’ll take it one step at a time and restore this coach the right way.

This is Part 1. We’ll take you along as the repair progresses.

Another day in the shop, another one up on the lift.

Brand-new coach. One low bridge. A whole lot of roof damage. 😬

We’re taking you behind the scenes as Tony walks through what happened, what we’re finding inside the coach and up on the roof, and what it’s going to take to finish putting this one back together correctly.

We’ll bring you along and share another update as we get deeper into it.
