RIP Aaron as well as your fellow family members that were also in this tragic accident!

Like so many across our industry, we are heartbroken by the tragic passing of Aaron Stokes, founder of Shop Fix Academy. Aaron was more than a trainer, coach, and speaker — he was a champion for shop owners and a passionate advocate for raising the standard of our profession. For years, he stood alongside VISION in support of education, leadership development, and the belief that this industry can — and should — be better for the people in it.

He both challenged and encouraged shop professionals. Aaron pushed leaders to confront their blind spots, strengthen their teams, and build businesses that created real opportunity for employees and families. The ripple effect of his work lives on in the shops he helped transform and the countless lives those businesses support every day.

Aaron believed deeply in people. He believed in growth. He believed in this industry.
We are grateful for the time he shared with our VISION community and for the energy, conviction, and purpose he brought to every conversation and every session he presented at our events.

Our hearts and prayers are with his family, friends, and the entire Shop Fix Academy community during this incredibly difficult time.
We have lost a respected leader and friend — but the standard he set and the lives he changed will continue forward.
