After participating in and later mentoring with EforAll's accelerator program, I launched Kindlewood Camping to share my passion for the outdoors. While we're grateful for the memories made helping others explore camping, we've evolved into a new venture that connects my lifelong love of fishing.
I'm excited to announce that Kindlewood Camping has pivoted to BardeRodz, specializing in high-performance bass fishing rods engineered in the Berkshires. Each rod is crafted for optimal performance. We're proud to continue serving our outdoor community while supporting causes like the Jimmy Fund through rod donations. Look for the 2025 Harry Bateman Jimmy Fund Rod Raffle coming soon.

We have some important news to share with you. After years of providing memorable camping experiences, we have decided to stop renting campers and pause while pivoting to something else.

This decision was not easy, but we believe it is the best one for our business and customers. We thank you for your loyalty, support, and feedback. You have been an integral part of our journey, and we are grateful for every moment we shared with you and the memories we had the opportunity to help you make.

We are not closing our doors permanently but taking time to rethink our vision and mission. We want to return stronger and better with new offerings. We will be sure to keep you updated on our progress and plans.

The Berkshires region of Western Massachusetts is a beautiful area known for its natural beauty, outdoor recreational opportunities, and cultural attractions. It's an excellent destination for camping and exploring.

There are several state parks and forests in the Berkshires where you can explore. Some popular options include:
• Mount Greylock State Reservation: Located in the northwest corner of the region, this state reservation is home to the highest peak in Massachusetts, Mount Greylock, which offers panoramic views from its summit. The reservation has several camping options, including tent and RV sites, yurts, and cabins.
