Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician/Mechanic to join our team on a pay-per-job basis. Ideal for technicians who want to earn based on skill and productivity.
You will work on all makes and models performing body, mechanical, and paint-related services.

🔧 Services You'll Perform
Auto Body & Paint Services:
• Collision repair (minor & major)
• Dent removal and repair
• Scratch repair and touch-ups
• Full body paint & repainting
• Rust repair & corrosion treatment
• Paint color matching (factory precision)
• Body panel replacement & alignment
Mechanical Services:
• Oil changes
• Brake service & repair
• Muffler repair & replacement
• Welding services
• General mechanical repairs
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assessing vehicle damage
• Providing repair estimates
• Communicating with insurance companies
• Maintaining quality standards
• Keeping work area clean & organized

✔️ Qualifications & Requirements
Required:
• Proven experience in auto body repair, painting, and/or mechanical work
• Ability to work on all vehicle makes and models
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• English-speaking
• Own tools preferred (not required)
Preferred:
• Collision repair & insurance claim experience
• Paint mixing & color matching
• Welding experience
• ASE certification (plus)

Hours:
• Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sat: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sun: Closed
