About ten years ago I started learning how to work on cars. It all started with my very first pick-up truck. I drove it for a while until stuff started to break. I realized, ok, I don't know how to fix this stuff. So, I had some friends of mine teach me and I sort of picked it up from there. As time went on my skills in the industry picked up and I started working at places like Mr. Tire. I was changing oil, doing break jobs, and getting into progressively heavier engines. Until I got to a point where I said: Ok, there is not really a whole lot left that I don't know how to do.
Then I realized that there is a problem in the automotive industry. You look at companies like Amazon, where all you have to do is a 1-click purchase and it shows up at your door two days later. The world we live in today works around convenience, and if all you had to do was make a phone call and everything was taken care of from there, that would be the epitome of convenience in the automotive industry. I decided to found Mitch's Mobile Mechanix in 2015.
My company delivers on-site repair services to the customer. Meaning that if you need brakes and rotators, diagnostics, or if you know what the problem is [ex. a head gasket], you can call the company, we will give you a price over the phone and you can schedule the appointment, we will pick up all the parts. We will show up on site at the designated appointment time. Make the repair and you can pay with cash, credit, or check.
