What could we worse then being at a job that you feel like you don't belong or maybe even not appreciated? Often times I believe that we wait till the weekends to be ourselves where we have all WEEK to be ourselves.
I wish conversations with your bosses or managers we're more candor and open minded to help grow each other. That's something we like to continue developing here. No one just wants to come to work. Not even a pay check sometimes. Give them a reason, a higher purpose to do something ...

Ever wonder, if you were to get in a car accident, what to do? Here is some simple steps you can follow that can benefit your claim.
1) Make sure you're okay and no one else on board is hurt
2) Call 911
3) Look around to see if there is any cameras that could've caught the accident so if you're not at fault, your claim can go your way.
4) Exchange information with the people involved.
✔️Full name and contact information
✔️Insurance company and policy number
✔️Driver's license and license plate number
✔️Type, color and model of vehicle
✔️Location of accident
5) Take pictures:
✔️Of the car
✔️Police report if provided
6) Avoid exchanging information about the incident and allow for your insurance company to handle that.
7) Call your insurance company and file the claim using the information that you took above^^

Made a post couple days ago about if you're a parent what you should buy your daughter if she's a new driver and needs her first car. But what about the son.. what should you buy the son?
Let's face it. Your son has a crush on Anna from gym class and wants to impress her. You as a parent do not really care about the looks, you're more so concerned about your pockets and if the product will fulfil his need and ultimately yours. (You don't want to drive your kid everywhere)
Your son on the other hand, can't just take a beater. He wants something sporty, something nice and maybe a sunroof so him and Anna can browse at the stars while of course eating ice cream. (I'm guilty for this, oops)
So here is a list of top (3) car brands and their models that are reliable, sporty and cost effective: (In no particular order)
1)The Mazda series: Mazda 3's Mazda 6's and if you got MONAYYYYY id get a Miata. But that's on you, parent.
2)The Honda series: Honda Accord, Honda Civic and maybe a Honda Fit if your son doesn't really care about size.
3)The Toyota series: Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Avalon and potentially an SUV in the Toyota Rav4
Other brands are effective, reliable and cost effective as well they just did not make this list. (YET). You can find the above brands USED quite easily. You may even want to contact us to see if we have any availabilities.
So parents, what would you consider getting your kid? The happier Anna makes him, the more chores he'll do 🤣

So here's some key things we came across as to why Subaru's have such a high value when it comes to re sale. So for all of you that have a Subaru or looking to get one.. you're in good shape..
1)Subaru's are always in high demand. Why? The tremendous value that Subaru's posses. The AWD capabilities, cost of parts are lower, safety features and reliability. That Boxer motor? Yup, it keeps ticking for hundreds of thousands of miles.
2)Demand for the New Subaru's. Although New Subaru's will never really be out of stock completely, limited access to new ones increased a higher demand for used ones.

Worst place to get a vehicle! The sales people are incompetent idiots who wouldn't know their ass from a hole in the ground! Arnez is the worst! He's a liar and a thief who has NO integrity and can't be honest because he"s a 7 foot tall loser with NO BALLS to face people with! All of the vehicles are rusted out pieces of s**t!!!!!!
When you get financed for a car over Fellini's and you're supposed to go down the next day at 11 to pick it up you got to go down they sold the car from under you don't ever deal with this dealership they're not reputable and they're not honest

I so wish I never bought a car here before we moved. As I said countless things I noticed after I bought it. A year later and its sitting in my driveway not driveable or safe. The rust is unreal!! I paid cash for this which was way above what this is worth. Let's just add they taped my taillight. The spots they "fixed" of rust have uncovered. I am so mad that I even bought a car here. My 3500 could have went to something way better!
Don’t ever get a car from these fraud ass people!!!!! I just bought a 2009 Honda Accord from them on March 4th of this year & the car is s**t!!! There’s sooo much wrong with it & it’s gonna cost a lot of money to fix! They won’t fix anything, didn’t even offer, accused us of calling them liars, they said the car would pass inspection & it won’t!!! Inspection is up at the end of the month. It’s gonna cost at least $1,000 to fix & it’s honestly not worth it!!! Save your money & go to a good place! This is a nightmare!!
Terrible experience. Salesperson stated the dealership could not afford to pay for car faxes despite the vehicle I was interested in having been involving in an accident. Had to jump start 4 different cars to get the car I was interested in out to test drive. Also was told another car I was interested in had an R title because it was confiscated in a drug deal but for the right customer it shouldn’t matter. 1 hour later I bought a car at Unity where I was treated with professionalism and respect
They were fantastic! The staff are all very friendly and approachable as well! I personally recommend Shawn. He is honest and straightforward, which is tremendously helpful when purchasing a used car. I absolutely love my new/used Rogue!
