All Washed Up Auto Spa looking for a site manager for an Express Car Wash in Harmar, Pa. We are looking for a Highly Motivated, well rounded individual that has the drive and experience to lead a winning team and run one of our premier sites. With on the job specialized industrial training you can become an important and in demand part of the fast growing 9 billion dollar US Car Wash industry.

Our Tunnel Manager is responsible for running all aspects of the Car Wash to provide clean, shiny, dry cars for our customers. This includes building a team of assistant managers and tenants, providing great customer service, performing scheduled maintenance and repairs of the car wash equipment, and building financial & inventory reports to track the performance of the site.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)
Manage a team consisting of two Full Time assistant managers and between 2 thru 4 part time Tenants that will operate the carwash.
Oversee your team by managing their workload, productivity, scheduling, hiring and firing.
Assist customer with any issues that may arise
Schedule and Perform Preventative Maintenance on the Tunnel Car Wash equipment, HVAC, Water purification and reclaim systems, Vacuums, and Vending equipment and keep the overall facility in good, clean, working order.
Schedule and oversee Major Equipment repairs with our Maintenance team
Oversee the completion of scheduled and assigned washing and cleaning of the car wash tunnel, equipment rooms, exterior, parking lot, and vacuum areas
Oversee the upkeep of the landscaping and general appearance of the property
Communicate issues and provide feedback to the General Manager regarding maintenance issues, Employee and outside service vendor performance.
Build and complete financial tracking reports
Perform cash deposits to a local bank
Maintain fully stocked inventory and be accountable for all aspects of assigned inventory; assist in monitoring and control of maintenance inventory. Requisition of parts necessary to keep the wash operating at 100%.. Order needed non-stocked items.
Attend and participate in all work related meetings, scheduled inventories and training classes.
All other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education/ Skill Set:
High level of technical aptitude is required
Understanding of basic Accounting/ mathematics principals
Able to learn, understand, and use a wide range of computer based programs
Preferred Experience
Automotive Service Manager
Hvac Technician
Licenses/Certifications
Valid Driver’s license
Must be willing and able to pass a background check
Schedule Requirements:
The car wash is open 7:00am to 9:00pm seven days a week including Holidays. We are closed on Christmas. Our busiest days are Saturday and Sunday. You will have the flexibility to build our own schedule but will be responsible for the performance of the car wash during all operating hours. This will entail:
Willing and able to work 45+ Hours per week.
Must be available to work beyond usual end time on occasion to complete jobs
Must be available to work Holidays and weekends regularly
Must be available to be “On Call” and respond to employee needs

How many of us can say that our high school summer job turned into a successful career? Chuck DeLullo can. He and his wife, Shelly, opened their first car wash in 1996 – a trade Chuck learned from his dad, who owned a mini tunnel when Chuck was growing up.
“My wife and I wanted to start a carwash from scratch, so we bought the land and started with one location,” DeLullo says, recalling the first site in DuBois, Pa.
The business has grown to include Ten additional western Pennsylvania locations: Brockway, Punxsutawney, Indiana, Trafford, Penn Hills, Harmar, Canonsburg, Munhall, South Park, and Wexford. There are also two new locations coming soon in the Pittsburgh area.
