Here’s some raw footage I stitched together of the fastest run on the NCM course at LSFest East. Unfortunately I decided not to run at Beech Bend due to a number of unexpected challenges that popped up over the weekend. However, the truck did lay down some fairly decent time on the NCM course as I started to settle into the new rear chassis changes. Bringing the rear COG down with the new fuel cell and going to a fully baffled unit definitely made a notable improvement for my ability to “drive” the truck from the back. It’s notably more predictable and I can actually leverage a little bit of slip and oversteer to help get the truck to rotate.

We’re going to address some minor problems and give the truck some much needed maintenance in preps for C10 Nationals in a few weeks. Hope to see some of you guys there!

If any of you guys out at LS Fest want to check the truck out up close, I have it parked over by the water slides until I have to leave to race at NCM this afternoon. It’s filthy from the muddy pits, but it’s there.
