Just so everyone is aware..."Hector is going to be running three Honda Civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry's and bought three T66 turbos with NOS, and a MoTeC system exhaust!"

The Sandhills Motoring Club is heading to the movies tomorrow (Wed. 8/26) for an Evening Shift event for the 25th Anniversary of The Fast and The Furious.

Carolina Cinemas is presenting The Fast and the Furious on their largest screen in CXC (Dolby Atmos) 4K laser projection - tickets are $5.00 per person

Saturday was another great day on the road for the Sandhills Motoring Club! Club members gathered for a scenic back roads drive to Spencer, North Carolina, enjoying some of the region’s winding roads and beautiful countryside.

Our first stop was Hendrix BBQ, where the group had a well-earned lunch before heading to the N.C. Transportation Museum. Members spent the afternoon exploring an impressive collection that tells the story of transportation and innovation - from the age of steam and North Carolina’s railroad history to automobiles, aviation, and the machines that help keep America moving.

Great roads, great food, fascinating history, and an even better group of enthusiasts made for a terrific Saturday outing. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Another great Sunday morning for Cars & Coffee! Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning in the Village. We had an outstanding turnout, a wonderful group of automotive enthusiasts, and an incredible variety of vehicles on display. Please be aware that our September 6th Cars and Coffee will not be held in the Village due to the Pinehurst Barbecue Festival, stay tuned for our alternate location.

A special thank you to The Insurance Center and Hagerty for joining us and supporting the local automotive community. We truly appreciate your continued partnership and presence at our events.

As our gatherings continue to grow, we'd like to remind everyone that engine revving, burnouts, launches, and excessive acceleration are not tolerated. We work hard to maintain an excellent relationship with the Village of Pinehurst, our local businesses, residents, and law enforcement, and everyone's cooperation is essential to ensuring these events continue for years to come. Please help us leave the same positive impression as we arrive with.
