Sweet Pea’s Garage of Pine Junction, Colorado is Hiring!
We are seeking a qualified individual to add to our talented & driven workforce. We searching for the best single candidate to join our team full-time as the shop’s Service Writer, Parts Specialist, & Customer Service Rockstar. Sweet Pea’s is a growing shop with plenty of opportunity to advance one’s auto service career. This position is available immediately and we will consider all qualified applicants.
We will consider training the perfect candidate; however, we prefer those with prior experience in one or more of the following: automotive parts sales, service writing, shop technician, auto mechanic, or auto service shop management. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are an absolute must; regardless of knowledge or experience.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1 Year VERIFIABLE experience or training equivalent. (yes, we CHECK references!)
• Valid Driver's License, insurance, and RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• Outgoing and Genuine Personality
• Very strong computer skills: online ordering, part cross-referencing, invoicing, email, MS Office, etc.
• Fundamental understanding of automotive parts, functions, fluids etc… & the ability to learn much more.
• Proven ability to orchestrate multiple tasks simultaneously; while handling customers in person & via phone

Compensation
• Pay is generally above industry standard, however, your actual salary will be based on several factors.
• Salary, Bonus and Vacation information will be discussed after your first interview.
• Selected candidates will likely be offered a full-time position upon successful completion of a mandatory supervised evaluation/training period.
