Kristin Layher Show Horses Professional Horse Trainer I have had the privilege to work with some of the top professionals in the paint and quarter horse industries.

With the knowledge I have gained, I have been able to build a program of starting horses, training them to be top futurity contenders, and then finishing them as top all-around horses. While specializing in hunter under saddle horses, I have also excelled in training western pleasure futurity horses and pleasure driving horses. Kristin Layher show horses is located in Pilot Point, Texas. Our facility has plenty to offer with an insulated show barn with 18 stalls and a motel with 14 stalls. The facility also offers a covered arena, outdoor arena, hot walker and round pen, all with excellent footing. I keep a select number of horses to be a part of my show string and travel across the country to top APHA, NSBA and Futurity circuits. If you are currently in the market for a horse, please contact me. I have a variety of horses for sale from weanlings to multiple world champions. I feel very confident I can find the right match for you. I continually strive to meet the goals of each horse and rider to create a competitive team in the show ring.

Our condolences go out to Colleen Holloway and family on the passing of Mike Holloway. Mike was our current APHA president and long time breeder. His stallion Mckenzies Gallant Jet was inducted into the Hall of Fame this yr. I’m honored to have had horses for Mike the past two years. We shared a great passion for breeding paint horses. I will miss our long conversations about what we could cross next. He will be greatly missed. ❤️🖤❤️🖤
