Ole Blue Gets a Bath 🚛🧼

Driver Mini D and Es**rt Garris stopped to give Ole Blue a much needed bath after a hard days work.🧼

They’re loaded down with a John Deere 350, making their way down from Long Island, New York, to West Virginia for another great customer.

Great customer. Great service. Great teamwork. 💪

This is just one of the many reasons we’ve been around since 1998. We take pride in what we do, how we do it, and taking care of our customers and our equipment along the way.

A big THANK YOU to Mini D and Garris for their dedication and hard work! You guys are a perfect example of the kind of team it takes to keep things moving and get the job done right.

🎉 BIRTHDAY ANNOUNCEMENT! 🎉

We’d like to take the time to wish our very own Terry “Goose” Hamilton a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎂🎈

Goose plays an important role here at Ken’s Towing. He’s our crane operator, but when he’s not behind the controls of that crane, you may find him driving Unit 119 or even jumping into one of our knuckleboom trucks. 💪🚨

So, if you happen to see Goose out and about today, give him a big ol’ arm pump 👋💪 and help us wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

An 18-wheeler carrying boxes of Frosted Blueberry Pop-Tarts caught fire earlier this morning, and cleanup is underway.

Here’s what we know:

- Occurred on Highway 80 in Floyd County around 7 a.m.
- Truck was in route to Texas
- Driver and co-driver left unharmed
- Brakes on the trailer overheated, causing the fire
- Highway 80 in Floyd County may be shut down this afternoon as cleanup efforts continue

JJ is the Rollback Driver of Unit 346 and a very important part of our small rollback and small wrecker crew. And every now and then, you might even catch him out there es**rting the big boys! 🚨🚛

🎥 Check out this awesome video captured by our very own es**rt, Chase Lyons, as the crew rolls out with this massive scraper pan and its components!

Leading the convoy is Chewy in rotator setting the pace. Close behind is es**rt Wolf, followed by the legend himself, Mini D, hauling the massive scraper pan. Cody is right behind pulling the scraper components in the Purple Star, and bringing up the rear is the one and only Bobby Jack, making sure everything gets to its destination safely.

Moves like this don’t happen by accident they take planning, teamwork, and professionalism from every member of the crew. We’re proud of this team and the job they do every single day.
