Flood Advisory until 5:15 PM EDT for Greene, Hamblen, and Hawkins counties in east Tennessee. Flooding from excessive rainfall is expected with minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, including Rogersville, Bulls Gap, Baileyton, Romeo, McCloud, and St. Clair. Turn around, don’t drown. Avoid flooded roads and never drive through standing water.
