I’d like to recognize the most important unpaid employee at the shop. Sheila is the one who keeps everything running behind the scenes—handling all the paperwork, answering every phone call, ordering all the parts, and most importantly, dealing with the insurance claims. Honestly, if I could just convince her to write the estimates and fix the cars too, I could probably retire!

She does all of this while “sitting at home,” and does it without a paycheck—well, unless you count mine 🤣. So much of what she does goes unnoticed, even though the shop couldn’t function without her constant work, especially when it comes to managing insurance companies.

And as if that weren’t enough, she does all of this while babysitting our granddaughter, Sadie Grea, who is deep into her terrible twos. Just imagine an insurance adjuster calling at exactly the wrong moment 😂.

Thank you, Sheila, for everything you do. Your work is truly appreciated, and you do an absolutely amazing job. 😘

Sheila and I would like to take a moment and thank each and every customer that has allowed me to make repairs on your vehicles that you have invested your hard earned dollar on. In return I have made repairs just the way that I would want my own vehicle repaired. Thank you for your continued business.
