Two and a half years.
That’s it.
Just two and a half years ago, we signed a lease on a janky little 1,500-square-foot shop on the edge of a not-so-great neighborhood and decided to see what we could build.
Today, occupies just under 10,000 square feet across two locations, across the street from each other. Our second shop houses graphics, inventory and distribution—and even with the additional space, our shelves are already busting at the seams.
Today was one of those days that made us stop and look around.
Our leadership team fired up the grill and fed everyone, then everyone jumped in together and assembled nearly 70 linear feet of new pallet racking in the warehouse.
No titles. No egos. Just a team getting it done.
While collecting some photos from today, we came across the picture of everyone standing in front of the new racks, and something hit us:
There is an incredible amount of experience standing in that photo.
Years of emergency vehicle upfitting.
Full law enforcement careers.
Military service.
Musician.
Automotive technicians.
Fleet management.
Design and graphics.
Even a tree arborist.
Most importantly and surely not last, parents.
Different careers. Different backgrounds. Different skill sets. Different life experiences.
But put all of that knowledge under one roof and focus it on one mission—building quality products for the men and women who serve our communities—and you have something pretty damn special.
The road getting here hasn’t always been perfect, but what we have today is the team we’ve been trying to build from the beginning.
This team photo isn’t even complete, behind the camera is a critical member of our success, but in all we couldn’t be prouder of the people wearing the OnPoint brand.
We know we’re not perfect.
As we always say:
We ain’t perfect, but we damn sure try to be.
We won’t be known for half-assing anything.
We won’t be known for failing to communicate.
And we won’t be known for failing to deliver.
We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come in 2½ short years—and we’re even more excited about where we’re going next.
What can we build for you?
