Fixing some other welders mess:
This was a wheel that some body welded with a mig gun that has no clue what they're doing. You can see in some of the grinding through their welds they had holes inside where it wasn't even 100% penetrated. Y'all please stop welding Wheels with mig guns or if you don't know what you doing you could seriously mess up someones wheel. Everything's cut out, cleaned up, TIG welded root pass, 2nd weld and then a shoelace weld a cap over it and where the tire seats everything polished down smooth like factory.

Oh and the Mercedes wheels are all trash one of the worst wheel I repair many every month.

Cut the front coupling uke off of a trailer cuz it was worn through where the ball goes. Welded a new one on and also a brand new Jack and foot prompt painted. Ready to go. Thank you, Jason. A local welded this lower unit and messed it up! I hate welding after someone that don't need to do this type of work. Period! MiG welded it it was horrible. I cut there crap s**g off then ground down all the boogers. Built a new s**g out of 3/8" plate tig welded and reground and sanded. Cost the customer double because they don't have a clue how to do it . They didn't weld by the screw because they cut to close. Makes the nexts guy job harder.
