Sadly, I don't always get the opportunity to see the final installation of my parts. Thankfully, my customer shared this photo with me. Since the pattern provided was incomplete, I made several areas slightly oversized, which helped ensure that the installer could fit the part and address 90 years of use, abuse and repair.

NEW reproduction rear fender guard / gravel shield for Ford and Mercury Wagon finally available!

working with a local vendor to 3d print these in small quantities!

These are NOT rubber covers, they are not vulcanized rubber. These are faithfully reverse engineerd and 3D printed units that fit accurately to the contours of the Ford and Mercury fender.
Printed in study A.B.S. plastic (same material your new car bumpers are made of). Likely more durable than orignals. Reverse engineered for cars that have original fenders OR cars with NOS fenders (that have yet to be drilled)
The reverse side features "studs" that are printed in place so that they can be installed on existing cars.
Once again these are NOT covers, these are complete units ready to install on your ford or mercury wagon.

Buick project:

This is the first step in creating the d pillar (rear corner post). For a 1953 buick.

3d scan by my engineer Tom, programming setup, and machine work all in house.

The finished product will require cnc and manual machine technology.
