"These guys are great! I had an oil leak on my pan gasket. They replaced the gasket and didn't charge me anything. I thought it was really nice. I go here all the time and they're really really good and fair priced."

"I wish I could give this shop more than five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the first time I’ve ever come across such an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop. I’ve taken my car there twice, and both times they had plenty of opportunities to charge me for unnecessary repairs. In fact, I was already expecting the repairs to cost me a lot of money.

But to my surprise, both times it was just small things and little details that needed attention. And on one occasion, September 15, 2026, I didn’t have to pay anything at all!

I honestly cannot express how grateful I am to them. It’s so refreshing to find people who are honest and genuinely care about their customers instead of taking advantage of them.

Whenever I get the chance, I always recommend them to others.

Thumbs up for you guys! 👍 You’ve definitely earned my trust and appreciation!"

"Ray and his team at Carmel Autmotive did an excellent job repairing my Model X refrigeration issue. They were very quick in getting the repair completed and kept me updated on the timeline. The cost was much cheaper than the Tesla dealers. I very highly recommend their service. A very classy operation."
