As we come to the end of the year, just want to give one more shoutout to the 2020 Elite Technician of the year-Patrick Hernando!
Looking for a reason to lease my 4th MB ..... as I dropped my 3500 lb C300 for a quick service last night for a 7am appt today. Calling them at 545pm tonight( as they NEVER contacted me all day ) they have NO IDEA WHY MY CAR WAS NOT SERVICED....!! Since Penske took over the whole sales/finance/service areas have GONE DOWN HILL..... VERY DISAPPOINTING... Not the first problem since PENSKE starting screwing things up.
Lou Gordon made everything seamless even from 2100 miles away. Started buying process on Wednesday and five days later on Monday my car will be loaded and start its journey to NC. Thanks again Lou

Love the service at Schumacher, Riley took great care of me, in and out quickly for a recall item. Then offered the half off for a repair while in for the recalled air bag. I’m back on the road quickly. My experience with Riley was the best I have ever had at any dealership, prompt, responsive, respectful, professional and attentive. The guy actually answers his phone most of the time and if he’s out, it’s literally within minutes I received a call back. Great job with this addition to your service dept.
