2017 Toy Hauler rear door project. Terrible design 1/8" fiberglass rear panel glued to 1/8" doorskin panels ( had seams), glued to 1-1/4" medium density foam, then another 1/8" doorskin layers with seams. Amazing it lasted as long as it did, but it was DONE!
So bad the fiberglass layer has to be repaired/patched from hinges punching through/ collapsing foam, very lucky their rzr didnt go through it.

Redesign coming with improved thicker wood layer, another post soon!.
