Huge congratulations to Hughes Performance customer Nick Smith on taking home the Super Comp Wally at the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Division 4 doubleheader in Tulsa!

Nick sealed the deal in the final with an 8.902 @ 182.85 MPH to pick up the win and bring home an NHRA 75th Anniversary Wally! 🏁

🔥 Hughes Performance customer Chuck Marlatt and 3rd Gen Camaro are putting in work at Sick The Magazine Michigan Miles!

Chuck is competing in the Michigan Miles Drag & Drive event, putting both the car and components through the kind of real-world abuse these events are known for.

At Northern Michigan Dragway, Chuck laid down a 4.869, putting him at the top of the field early in the day!

Helping get the power to the ground is a Hughes Performance aluminum bolt-together torque converter. Drag & Drive events are the ultimate test: race it, drive it to the next track, and do it all over again.

Congrats to Chuck on a killer run. Keep laying down the numbers and putting that Hughes converter to work! 💪

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend and longtime Hughes Performance family member, Matt Thomas, this past Sunday.

Matt was more than a dedicated employee. He was a hardworking, dependable teammate and a friend to so many of us. His presence will be deeply missed both inside our shop and beyond.
