If anyone has ran into anything like this, please let me know.

So why were you removed from the rotation? I just got put on notice to remove for deceptive practices. Any incidents in the next 30 days and I am perm off. I have 2 insurance companies that bitch up a storm. This last complaint is 3 pages long from progressive. They complained that I have held numerous vehicles hostage. I advise people with total loss cars to come to terms with the insurance before they give them the car. They have me on tape admitting I do this, which I feel is great customer service . The Police Dept feels it is a tactic to steal storage from the insurance. Their view is, get this, the vehicle is owned by the insurance company once its damaged, so I have to let them have the car. I do not do this, I advise the owner to hold it till they come to a price agreement, or else they lose their negotiation factor. Most, approx 80+% get a significant amount more than the first offer, many in the thousands, one recent a woman got 5K more for arguing 3 extra days. I believe that is a service to the community . I don't know how to fight these ignorant morons anymore, I am at a loss for the first time in my life. Its simple, a wrecked car is being sold to the insurance company, no different than putting an ad up and selling it, and there is the NADA value, a great car should bring clean retail + sales tax. The insurance companies have been banging people with average trade in, not retail, and neglecting to add the sales tax. I am just helping people, and for that I had a suspension, and now looking at losing my rotation spot, which translates to about 25K a year in towing and about 150K in repairs. What are you doing to remedy your situation? I would like to know what happened in your case, in case there is any way I might be able to help. Possibly get somebodys ear that may listen to reason, whats happening is we are being run down by the insurance industry and they (ins co's) are spreading their deceptive practices and making people believe it is law. .
