What Fordā€™s budget allowed vs what the engineering allows.

Factory: low in the bumper, plastic end tanks, plastic charge piping, heat soak by pull three.

Full-Race: high mount, up in the grille where the air is. Zero plastic anywhere. Divided end tanks that work the whole core. Cast aluminum Y-pipe. Flows 1000+ CFM with under 1 psi of drop at 700+ HP levels. And it clears the steel bumper or winch you've been planning.

Stock GEN3 manifolds neck down to 34mm at the outlet. FormlineĀ® outlets are port-matched at 40mm, a 38% larger flow area feeding the turbos. Less backpressure, faster spool, and up to +120 WHP and +151 WTQ when tuned.
