Red Chile- Beef or Pork, Rajas con Queso, Green Chile Chicken. I will also have Pozole and Burritos.

Every day is different. No more custom orders, when I post it will be first come first serve! Tamales are always made fresh never reheated. Cooked upon order to guarantee them fresh. My masa is made from scratch with my own ingredients and fresh chiles not powder. My meat is cooked for hours for tenderness. Tamales are always moist and meaty. I have never used masa preparada but im not going to lie, I did this weekend. I made a few tamales for my hubby and idk how to feel about the masa "preparada". I still had to prepare the masa cause what in the dry s**t was that??? I added the broth from my meat that I let cook overnight, I added my red chile sauce and more oil and seasonings. I might as well have made the damn masa myself. But anywho they came out ok I guess. I prefer my masa. I'm thinking of selling just masa this year. Who would be interested in buying masa $3.00- $3.50 lb? And it will be preparada you wont have to add absolutely anything to it...no oils no salts no seasonings no nada!!!
