Red Chile- Beef or Pork, Rajas con Queso, Green Chile Chicken. I will also have Pozole and Burritos.

Every day is different. No more custom orders, when I post it will be first come first serve! Tamales are always made fresh never reheated. Cooked upon order to guarantee them fresh. My masa is made from scratch with my own ingredients and fresh chiles not powder. My meat is cooked for hours for tenderness. Tamales are always moist and meaty. As many of you know I do food daily, from burritos to pozole and tamales. However I recently suffered a medical emergency which caused my spine to shift. I was in the hospital for 8 1/2 days and I am home trying to recover! I highly doubt I will be available for this tamale season. Please keep me in prayers for a full recovery because I have a long recovery ahead of me. Thank you so much.
