Our next build at the shop. 1958 348 Chevrolet Engine. This was going to need a little help. Someone left the carburetor off and it filled up with water and it's been sitting for about 5 years not good.

53 Ford 8N Tractor is all finished. Customer was happy to get it back. On his test drive he popped the clutch and said Wow, don't ever remember it having that much torque after he backed over my steel toed boot. Lol

Got this old Ford tractor in today. Looks like something out of the 1950s start losing power so the customer brought it in for me too call the engine and rebuild the whole thing make it like new. More pictures to follow. look up doing hard ball things like this.

Rebuilding the motor on a little 2004 Scion xB. I did the head a couple months ago for the customer and they put it on not realizing the block is aluminum and it was warped worse than they had was. So now I'm just rebuilding the whole thing.

It's been a busy day turning a lot of flywheels and finishing up a V10 Ford Van I had broken bolts hold in the coils which caused the vehicle to miss because the coils weren't staying on the spark plugs plus the intake bolt was broken and had to replace the gasket customers are very happy if you need work done give us a call at PBS.

If you lived out in the desert or in rule areas you should always check under your hood four indications of pack rats moving in. Work on a customer's Prius and this is what I found when I did her cabin air filter. Somehow they got underneath the ventilation going through the engine compartment and decided to make a nest and a food supply inside of her air conditioning compartment. They also started to and through the wiring for her ABS sensors that I had to repair. So if you have problems like this I need repairs just give us a call here PBS and we can help have a great day.

Fixing the head bolt threads on a Toyota block had to buy a special Time-Sert kit with a core drill and tap and everything. If you have a Toyota block or Lexus that needs this done so your head gaskets won't blow any more give us a call here at PBS we can get it done right for you.

Just working on a 2006 Ford f250 with a 6.0 liter. the high pressure oil pump that runs the oil pressure for your ejection system used to have an old snap in style fitting. It is a quick disconnect style but after miles and miles of running the snap ring gets weak from the heat and it's 550 PSI if blows off a lot of times cracks the back of the bellhousing. This customer got lucky and did it before he had that problem. The new style is a screw-on not a quick disconnect do you have problems with your Ford diesel we're doesn't want to start up all the time give us a call we can fix it for you your PBS automotive and machine shop your one stop all purpose shop.

Customer brought me in a set of 68 mustang GT350 heads. Looks like water been sitting in these things forever. You can see the rust and after I clean the valve how much pitting the water did to the valve and the seats are just as bad. Everything's got to be replaced in these heads.

I would say this guy has a little problem with fuel injectors sticking. Intake valves are all carboned up and fuel deposits

Had a customer that does a lot of traveling not sure how he could see out of the headlights when he brought this thing in but I think you'll be happy now what do you think? If you need you headlights but can't afford them bring it to PBS let me see what I can do and make them look like new again.

Fixing the water leak underneath the intake manifold on a 08 Nissan Titan. Also replacing the water pump some hoses or the bypass thermostat and gasket. And also a radiator. While it was off we also replaced spark plugs injector seals belt tensioner intake manifold gaskets.
