What a week! And what a way to kick off this build!
Now that we have a done a full inspection and know what we are in for…. the real fun begins!
This build is going to be a slow process as the goal is not just the build itself, but community building and teaching and learning. All experiences levels are welcome (most of the ladies this week had NO hands on experience at ALL) so go ahead and sign up to come play! Link in Bio!!

Flashback Friday! Having out here this week had us reminiscing about when she and Bogi worked together for the first time on our first all female build - the Chevy Montage. We’ve been going down memory lane and reflecting on how significant that build was in so many ways. 2 builds later, each amazing and special in its own way… but the Chevy Montage will always hold a special place in our hearts and in the hearts of so many incredible women who poured their hearts into it!

The Iron Maven is heading to Sweden!

The Iron Maven will make her departure this week to Sweden to be on display . We will miss having Maven in the garage and reminiscing on all the blood, sweat and tears she gratefully provided to us, but we are so excited for her to be a talking point about women in the trades, and are excited for her to be admired by more individuals across the world.

In honor of our Iron Maven and the many women who built her, we will be hosting an open house here at Girl Gang Garage. Please come see her complete, take some photos, cheers to her accomplishments, and meet some of the 165 ladies who helped build her.
