Congratulations David Martin & Martin's Auto Repair. Great look back and a great start in the business.

A look back at over the past 55 years! Everyone has to start somewhere... pulling weeds at the shop w/ his brothers!

- we can't get enough! Great to see our members from Tucson Hybrids continuing their education with our partners at The Institute for Automotive Business Excellence

Iron sharpens iron

The Tucson Hybrids team is always investing in learning, leadership and growth. We’re honored to be part of a top 1% group of auto repair shop owners who challenge one another to improve and put those ideas into action!

During three jam-packed days together, we visited J&S Automotive to serve as a second set of eyes, share ideas and help identify opportunities to level up their shop.

One of our biggest conversations was about COMMUNICATION. Clear communication builds trust, while unclear expectations can quickly affect the customer experience.

That’s why we put so much effort into the Tucson Hybrids White Glove experience. We’re constantly working to improve how we listen, communicate and care for every customer who walks through our doors.

We’re incredibly thankful to be part of this happy group of leaders who encourage one another, share their knowledge and genuinely want to see each other succeed. We learn together, laugh together and return to our shops ready to take action!

Now we want to hear from YOU:
What does great communication from an auto repair shop look like to you?

Tell us in the comments! Your feedback helps us continue improving. 👇

Thank you, Tucson, for your trust, support and referrals. We couldn’t do this without you! ❤️
