MTS Offroad is a suspension and performance shop built by people that actually live this stuff. We started because we were tired of seeing overpriced parts, cookie cutter tunes, and setups that looked good online but didn’t actually work in the desert. Everything we do is focused around making vehicles perform better where it matters — high speed whoops, rough trails, dunes, racing, and real-world abuse.

We specialize in suspension tuning, custom shock setups, and product development for UTVs and offroad vehicles. Whether it’s a weekend car or a full race build, the goal stays the same: make it faster, smoother, more reliable, and more fun to drive.

A lot of companies just sell parts. We test, tune, break, redesign, and improve everything ourselves before it ever gets to a customer. If we wouldn’t run it on our own vehicles, we won’t sell it.

At the end of the day, MTS Offroad is just a group of enthusiasts building products and setups we believe in for other enthusiasts.

Internal bypass tubes are one of the biggest upgrades you can make to a shock setup if you actually care about ride quality, bottom out control, and overall stability at speed. The factory tubes are built to work “okay” for everyone, but custom bypass tubes let a tuner completely change how the shock behaves throughout the travel. That means softer small bump compliance, more hold up in the mid stroke, and aggressive bottoming resistance without making the car ride harsh.

As a tuner, custom tubes give us way more control over oil flow and damping zones instead of just cranking clickers or stacking shims trying to band-aid a setup. We can build the shock to match your driving style, terrain, tire setup, weight, and speed. Faster whoops, better corner stability, less bucking, less chassis slap, and more confidence pushing the car harder.

If you’re spending money on suspension already, internal bypass work is what separates a “good” setup from something that actually feels planted and controlled at race pace.
