Venting. I have car insurance, home insurance, and medical insurance. If I did not, I would face a fine and possibly more. My car was hit last week on US-60. The woman who hit me had no insurance and ended up going to jail. I went to the hospital. Now I'm left paying for it all. I'm sure the ticket she got will be ignored, as that's what she was arrested for: warrants.
