This 1969 Plymouth Road Runner came in to get DIALED IN before car show season hits!

This is the third Plymouth from this family to receive a paint correction and ceramic coating this month, and I have to admit—this one was my favorite. The color, the styling, the attitude... this car is just cool.

The biggest challenge was the matte black hood. A previous owner had attempted to hand wax it, which is definitely not how matte paint should be maintained. I was able to even out the finish as much as the paint would allow, and the customer was thrilled with the results.

To finish it off, we protected the paint with our IGL Arcane ceramic coating, adding long-term protection, incredible gloss, and a slick, easy-to-maintain surface.

I can’t wait to see what classic rolls into the shop next!

Client came in just wanting to fix the terrible event that happened on the hood. While I would have loved to have been able to do the whole car, sometimes you gotta match the clients budget. Single stage paint stains easy, keep it from getting dry my classic friends! Call the shop and ask how so you don’t end up with defectives only a paint job will fix! Happy client shiny hood, hopefully it does burn outs 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Little Porsche ceramic maintenance today ✨

This coating was applied 2 years ago, so I started by “declogging” it. Ceramic coatings can get clogged with dirt, pollen, road grime, and all those quick detailers people love putting on show cars.

Once that buildup is removed, I can see how the coating is actually performing — and this one is still reacting beautifully. Kept indoors and driven on nice weekend days, it’s no surprise this coating is still at 100%.

This service includes a proper decon wash, wheels cleaned, tires dressed, and a ceramic topper added. Think of the topper like lotion for the coating — it keeps it happy, slick, protected, and performing its best.

This is not a quick detailer. This is not a simple car wash. This is professional ceramic maintenance.

How often should you do it? That depends on mileage, storage, washing habits, and how much the vehicle is neglected between visits.

Shoutout to IGL — Delete has quickly become one of my favorite products for this process.

2–3 hours later, the coating is cleaned, topped, and back to doing what it’s supposed to do.

Brand new Duramax came in for some protection, so I grabbed .district. Nothing gets Ethan more fired up than a brand new truck needing preventative maintenance.

We polished out some transport defects, cleaned it up properly, and locked it in with a ceramic coating before the miles, bug guts, water spots, and road grime had a chance to start working on that fresh paint.

Ceramic coating isn’t cheaper after the damage starts.

Some before and afters on a fun project; 1993 Toyota customer doing a complete restoration yet saving what is salvageable. Motor swap, all new suspension exhaust, then came in for a paint correction and ceramic coat. Next it’s headed in for new OEM bumpers wheels tires… all the fun stuff. I love when people save em!
