Customer complaint: A/C stopped blowing cold after shop replaced parts.

Repair: Very common problem with this model year Chevy is the a/c condenser. Refrigerant leaks out by the welds. Looking through the grill with a flashlight and you can easily see the leak. Replaced condenser and pressure checked system with nitrogen for any leaks before recharging with refrigerant.

Mobile A/C Repair

Customer complaint: A/C not blowing cold.

• Client reached out to me to see if I could install a new A/C compressor since a shop diagnosed his was leaking and needed to be replaced. I confirmed his complaint of A/C not blowing cold and found the system was empty of refrigerant.

• Found the front seal on the compressor was indeed leaking. Installed new compressor, pulled a vacuum on the a/c system to remove any moisture and then recharged with the correct amount of refrigerant. A/C is now blowing nice and cold

2002 Honda Accord

Customer complaint: A/C stops blowing cold when driving

A/C high side pressure was extremely high and would rise when driving causing a/c high side pressure switch to shut down the compressor thus no cold air.

Also low side valve core was leaking as you can hear the pressure release when unscrewing the cap. Alone with how dirty it is around the cap

Fix: Replace the leaking valve core and clean the condenser as it was being restricted by debris. This will bring high side pressures down.
Finally a proper charge to bring back the cold temps

Customer complaint: Noise coming from front of the engine.

A bad timing chain tensioner was the problem. It even caused part of the orange guide to break off . A new guide and tensioner solved the problem. customer opted to have a new water pump and thermostat installed while the front cover was off
