Another big project wrapped up last week at Leano RV!

We completed a full 13-foot slide-out floor replacement, building a custom 1-inch Baltic birch floor in our shop for a strong, long-lasting repair. Floor was sealed before installation to help protect against future moisture.

While the slide was apart, we also replaced rotted wall framing, installed new insulation, and primed the wall panels with a mold-resistant coating. The customer plans to install their own wallpaper, so we left the walls ready for the finishing touch.

To complete the job, we had the carpet professionally cleaned, then carefully reassembled, adjusted, and tested everything to ensure the slide operated smoothly.

The best part? We finished everything in time for the customer’s upcoming vacation so they can enjoy their trip with confidence.

Sometimes you get the opportunity to work on something truly unique.

This 1975 GMC Motorhome came to us with a leak at the rear roof-to-body seam. A previous repair had been done using the wrong sealant, which had failed over time.

We removed all of the old material, properly resealed the seam with the correct products, custom paint-matched the repair, and finished it with a protective satin clear coat to maintain its original appearance.

There’s something special about preserving these classic coaches and making repairs that are built to last. Another vintage GMC back on the road and ready for many more miles!

Sometimes saving money upfront ends up costing more in the long run.

This customer installed a Vevor replacement awning fabric less than a year ago. As you can see, the material literally disintegrated from normal exposure.

After discussing their needs and the available options, we replaced it with a Carefree of Colorado fabric in the color they wanted. The difference in material quality is immediately noticeable—the fabric is significantly thicker and built to withstand the elements for years to come.

Not every “budget-friendly” option is a bargain. When it comes to RV components that live outside 24/7, quality materials make a real difference.

☀️ Beat the Heat with an Annual A/C Service! ☀️

This RV came in with several issues that were keeping it from cooling properly:

🔧 Clogged evaporator and condenser coils

This window and ring were damaged inside a seasonal park while the customers were away. We were able to clean up the mess, seal the unit up, and ordered the new window. New window came in and installed and sealed. All done at the customers seasonal site.
