What a special moment as Melissa and her husband Jeremy got to hear her dad Bob’s 1939 Ford Tudor fire up for the first time since bringing it in for restoration—and even sweeter, Bob and his wife Barb were there to experience it too.

Melissa is restoring her father’s car, and we’re honored to help bring this meaningful family project back to life. It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do—watching generations come together around a classic ride.

At Heinzman Street Rods, we're known for our complete, start-to-finish, turn-key builds — but we also specialize in another popular direction: preserving the classic body and paint while updating everything underneath!

These two projects are perfect examples: older restorations getting modern upgrades for better reliability and performance, including brand-new wiring throughout.

1949 Ford F1 Pickup: Outfitted with a full coilover suspension and soon to be powered by a 5.0 Ford Coyote fuel-injected motor paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.

1946 Ford Coupe: Upgraded with a Mustang II suspension setup, a Ford 302 carbureted motor, and a Ford automatic transmission.
