Something I never had to address, but I feel it's very rude to ask a question in regards to service you may be inquiring about. And for what ever reason it's not the price or answer you were expecting. To not reply then come back days later looking for a speedy response.

I love my clients and appreciate how they alway show up for me. This something I really wanted to point out. I just feel it's common courtesy.
