Vacation is ending and I’m feeling great! I was on my way to the gym a couple days ago and decided, “Why go to the gym, when your on a mountain!
I found a trail and did a hike and it felt amazing, I’m completely hooked! Heart rate was through the roof, the views were breathtaking and I legitimately had a good time sweating.
Challenge yourself, do NEW things to get different results. I’m back in lifestyle change mode! Making fitness, healthy eating, and self-care a priority 🥰

After weeks of buying veggies and them going bad in less than a week off to Trader Joes I go! Hopefully this will last a little longer.
I was kinda upset I couldn’t find the shrimp burgers or the cherries I got last time. Nonetheless, I got good stuff for the week!
So...more salad 😒 When I first had in 2013 my doctor told me to eat all my meals on a bed of salad. That worked for about 6 months and I was beyond bored with eating....but it worked!!
So another 5 months of eating salad as a base with 2-3 meals is the goal!
